First time visiting a Chiropractor?

Here is what you need to know:

Why see a Chiropractor?

Chiropractic treatment is a drug and surgery-free method of treatment for a range of issues including:

  • Back pain

  • Neck pain

  • Shoulder pain

  • Joint and mobility issues

  • Headaches

Chiropractors use a patient-centred, multi-modal type of care, providing a therapeutic approach to care that incorporates a range of manual therapies. This can include spinal adjustments, mobilisation, muscle and soft tissue techniques along with exercise prescription, nutritional recommendations and lifestyle advice.

What to expect on your first visit

Our team of Melbourne Chiropractors will conduct a consultation and examination prior to commencing treatment. This may involve further investigation when necessary (including x-ray and MRI) to gain a thorough understanding of your particular problem and to ascertain if we are able to help.

Our chiropractors are very experienced and will only recommend treatment that is proven to be effective for your particular condition.

We also often combine chiropractic treatment with Myotherapy we believe that this combined approach leads to longer-lasting benefits for our patients.

How much will it cost me?

The cost of your first visit will be $98.

If you have health insurance, rebates will often be available as Chiopractic is included in both the WorkCover and TAC schemes and is recognised as an ‘extra’ by almost all private health insurance funds. For those with private health insurance, we can electronically bill your fund directly (through HICAPS) for the rebate portion of the fee.
